What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative, you will:

Provide exceptional customer support throughout the entire guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-up
Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirements
Guide customers on documentation, visa requirements, insurance, and embarkation procedures
Handle inquiries related to pricing, promotions, upgrades, and loyalty programs
Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience
Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in internal systems

Your qualifications

Are fluent in English (C1), both spoken and written
Have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or tourism (cruise experience is a plus)
Are comfortable using multiple systems and have strong computer skills
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Are able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Show flexibility with schedules, including weekends or holidays if required
