What you will do in this role

As a Sales Representative, you will:

Drive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, drink packages, cabins, etc.)
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats to convert inquiries into bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat business
Present promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Keep up to date with cruise products, destinations, and industry trends
Accurately manage bookings and customer information in internal systems

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are fluent in Spanish (C1), both spoken and written and have a good level of English
Have previous experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality
Are target-driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving results and earning incentives
Have excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Are confident handling objections and closing sales
Can multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Have a customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel and delivering great experiences
