What you will do in this role

As a Customer Resolution Advisor, you will:

Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of French (C1) and a good level of English (B2)
Have excellent communication skills
Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
