What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:

Provide exceptional customer support throughout the entire guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-up
Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirements
Drive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, drink packages, cabins, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat business
Present promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities
Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are fluent in Italian (C1), both spoken and written and have a good level of English
Have previous experience in customer service and/or sales, hospitality, travel, or tourism (cruise experience is a plus)
Are comfortable using multiple systems and have strong computer skills
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Are able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Show flexibility with schedules, including weekends or holidays if required
