What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or e-mail in order to verify their payment information.
Manage incoming calls and emails
Treat all data with extreme confidentiality
Meet and exceed contractual goals

Your qualifications

Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
