What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general booking inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding hotel availability, rates, services, and policies.
Support customers via incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases whenever necessary, following internal procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records and reservation details within internal systems.

Your qualifications
