What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support, you will:

Give customer support by handling customers’ issues and inquiries
Use different platforms and tools
Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Your qualifications

Have an advanced level of Spanish (written and oral) (C1) and good level of English
Have prior knowledge in online payment methods and transactions
Have proven computer skills and diligent worker
Have high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Have the ability to communicate, both written and verbally effectively
