What you will do in this role

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will:

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure ledger accuracy.
Maintain and monitor General Ledger accounts, ensuring completeness and integrity of financial data.
Support intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations and resolution of outstanding balances across multiple entities.
Assist with payroll-related accounting activities, onboarding processes, and entity management tasks when required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and business units to ensure compliance with accounting processes and reporting requirements.
Support audit requests and provide documentation required for internal and external audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
Provide backup support for Accounts Payable activities, including payment processing, vendor-related queries, and bank-related tasks when necessary.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are fluent in English (written and spoken at C1/C2 level).
Have an academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Have previous experience in General Ledger accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Financial Accounting roles.
Have hands-on experience with accruals, journal entries, prepayments, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Have experience working in international environments, supporting multiple countries, entities, or legal structures.
Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Have exposure to Accounts Payable processes, payments, and banking activities, with the ability to provide operational backup support when required.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Are able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
