What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.
Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of Spanish (written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
Have 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service
Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
Are able of understanding the policies, procedures, and warranties and you are familiar with market geography
Are empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills
Are skilled in resolving issues, and providing solution
