What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

Be the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers
Take care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
Support competently our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to
constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Work with other departments together, for example, Sales and Marketing
You will be part of an international and multilingual team

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1)
Have an advanced level of English (B2)
Have strong communication skills: approachable, patient and customer-oriented
Have a high level of empathy: providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority
Are capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues
Have prior experience as customer support
Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, e-mail) and ability to work with many tools at once and are proficient in using a smartphone, tablet and computers
